Case Study Vision

The aim was to create an interactive and engaging knowledge sharing game experience which will enhance the overall onboarding and induction experience for newly joined employee by converting induction process into a theme-based game, where employee can choose a theme to start induction process.

About Thesis

Thesis was based on gamifying the human resource management system and make induction and onboarding process interesting for new joiners specially millennials working in IT industry, I started with primary research and created an engaging digital induction game concept.

The Design Challange

Collecting solid evidence through primary and secondary research to backup the idea of creating an induction game, It was a challenge to  cater Introducing digital platforms while also keeping in mind user centric design practices, the regulations for government security services, personal data protection, and accessibility features according to UN standards. Creating best suited journey for both amateur and experienced user groups. Striking a balance between educating a user and completing his journey in minimum steps. A government experience must convey the feelings of security, trust, efficiency by empathising with users. 

My Role
  • UX/UI Design.

  • Conducting UX research to collect qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Building the POC from scratch with evidence to support MSc thesis.

  • UX research , wire-framing, prototyping. Visual mockups following brand guidelines.
